Lovely old school hotel with family-oriented atmosphere, ideal for nostalgic vacations. Great location near the park and seaside. Huge breakfast and lovely restaurant. Amazing view from the room and restaurant. Beachfront location with showers and beach bar. Walking distance to Umag.

We would recommend this hotel. A nice comfy base for exploring Umag. You can also visit taverna stara konoba that offers excellent meals. We got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it;)))

the breakfast was delicious and we especially liked having fresh fruits and pastries. the hotel's location is perfect, close to the beach and with a wonderful view.

The room we stayed in was quite small and could use some renovations. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and spotty.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel by the sea, enjoying its pristine cleanliness, incredible facilities, on-site parking, and fantastic location close to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast and the friendly assistance from the staff.

Spent Easter weekend in this hotel and had a great time. Beach access was just a short walk away and breakfast and dinner were enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The location was convenient as it was close to the city center and other key attractions.

The hotel is definitely on the older side and could benefit from some updates. The rooms were a bit dated and the lack of electrical outlets was somewhat inconvenient.

The place had a great location, really close to the sea, with a beautiful beach view from the room. the Mediterranean style decor and comfy accommodations added to the serene atmosphere, while the cafe, beach bar and restaurant provided a great variety of food and drink options.

The payment process seemed to be a bit of hassle.
